Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within one business day from the time you placed your order. Contact us via email or telephone, so that the order can be cancelled before the order goes into processing. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it.
If you do not contact us in time to cancel your order, you may still exchange it, once you receive it, as long as the Exchange Policy has been followed.
(NOTE: Fees such as additional shipping charges, duties, customs, overdraft, interest, or any other fees charged by a third-party will NOT reimbursed.)
Do you have a return policy?
Due to the nature of the hair extension industry, all sales of all hair products are final. At no time will we refund any product purchased through our website or in person. If you receive the wrong product, we will promptly provide you with a Return Shipping Label so that you can return the item for an exchange. Once we receive the item(s) and inspect the item(s) we will exchange the item within 72 hours of verified inspection or when the replacement item(s) is available for shipment. Customer will be notified via email when items(s) have been accepted or rejected for exchange.
Do you have an exchange policy?
We understand that picking the right color or texture may be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we’d be more than glad to exchange your unopened Crowned Hair Extensions. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. An exchange must be claimed with 14 days of delivery.
How do I complete an online exchange?
You must contact us first (Support@CrownedHairCo.com) within the fourteen (14) Day Exchange Period. All Crowned Hair Extensions must be shipped back unused, in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All returns should be accompanied with a copy of your invoice.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?
You are responsible for all return shipping costs (unless there was a discrepancy on the behalf of Crowned Hair Co.) and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number to avoid any lost returns.
International clients, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned back to you.
When will I receive my credit for my exchange?
A full account credit will be issued or a new order will be shipped after we have received and inspected that the returned hair extensions were not opened and taken out of its original banding. Typically within 1-3 business days.
Why is Crowned Hair Non-Returnable/ Exchangeable if opened?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW open items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers also do not allow returns on opened items for the same reasons.
